Good News Bible Club

Join the Good News Club!

The Good News Club is an exciting after-school program currently running at two elementary schools in Jacksonville. We offer a fun, engaging environment where students can enjoy playing games, singing songs, learning Bible verses, and exploring Bible lessons and missionary stories. It's a wonderful opportunity for kids to grow in their faith and develop strong character while having a great time. My Family has been involved with CEF for over 10 years and have witnessed the positive effect it has in our schools.

Students are rewarded for memorizing Bible verses each week. As the weeks progress, they’ll continue reciting verses, building upon what they’ve learned.

Good News Club is a ministry under Child Evangelism Fellowship, more can be found at www.cefonline.com We are running the clubs as a non-domination program, not affiliated with any church so that more churches will be inspired to get involved and adopt a club so that we can be in all the schools in Jacksonville.

If you and your family are currently not attending church we recommend finding a church and being faithful, learning about God is not just for children.

Verses This Period

We are using King James Version, but students are welcome to say verse in other versions. Occasionally students will be sent home with papers, they can also earn a reward for bringing it back finished.

We teach the verse with in a way to make it easy to recall.

First week: Jan (14 &15) John 8:12

Second week: Psalm 139:14

Third week: John 3:16

Fourth week: Hebrew 13:6

Fifth week: Romans 8:38-39

Sixth week: James 1:5

Seventh week: Psalm 103:12

Eight week: Review of all verses

Weeks are counted the weeks we meet, will not count weeks club does not meet due to school out
